Headquartered in Brisbane, Queensland and we have offices in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia. Founder and Managing Director, Martin Stack expanded operations to Singapore in 2015 acquiring notable clients including the iconic world-class retail destination “The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands”.

Our infrastructure, systems, resources and capability means we can mobilise the most extensive services contracts in Australia. Internal industry experts lead each of the services, and sector pillars offered by the business. We use the latest technology and innovations in cleaning to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients.

Springmount Services has one of the highest client and staff retention rates in the industry. We directly employ over 1300 dedicated service professionals across our client sites and company offices. All our team share a commitment to service excellence and care, supported with quality training to ensure our high standard of service.

We are committed to sustainable, ethical business practices and environmentally-sustainable cleaning. We hold ISO international accreditation in Quality, Occupational Health and Safety and in Environmental Management Systems alongside our “Green Cleaning” program.

Martin Stack

Managing Director and Founder

Martin founded Springmount Services after twenty-four years in senior management positions within the cleaning sector. A well-respected industry leader, Martin has served as Vice President of the BSCAA industry association and worked tirelessly building Springmount Services into being a premier provider of cleaning and facilities services.

Martin’s efforts have set industry benchmarks and received numerous awards. His unwavering ethics, accessibility, belief in transparency and accountability are fundamental to Springmount Services long-term relationships with clients. The focus Martin places on a harmonious, safe and secure environment for team member satisfaction is well-proven with low staff turnover.

Tony Carmona

Chief Executive Officer

Tony has over 40 years of experience in the cleaning and property services industry. His Executive roles cover all aspects of cleaning operations and management across commercial, retail, industrial, education, health and hospitality premises. Tony’s industry involvement extends includes operations management with mechanical, HVAC, fire and environmental building systems. 

Tony uses high-level problem-solving skills to work with clients at all levels to re-engineer contracts, specifications and methodologies to suit changing client needs. As Chief Executive Officer, Tony’s ability to deliver outcomes through process improvement and performance management is one of the keys to our success.

Andrew

Andrew Walton

Chief Operating Officer

Andrew oversees our operations across Australia and Singapore, bringing over 25 years senior management experience within the retail sector. This exposure from a client’s perspective enables Andrew to fully understand our customers’ needs. For the last 12 years Andrew has worked in senior roles within the cleaning industry across retail, commercial, health, education and domestic portfolios. Andrew’s focus on continuous improvement means regular reviews of our business operations ensuring new innovations to enhance our service delivery.

Alisa Buckley

General Manager - Corporate Services

Alisa joined the Springmount Service in 2011 and has over 20 year’s experience working within service and manufacturing industries.  Alisa oversees all aspects of Marketing, Human Resources and Corporate Governance across our National and International businesses.

Alisa holds degrees in Business, Marketing and Advertising. She continually reviews business systems and processes to improve efficiencies and promote growth within the company

Philip Woodgate

Chief Financial Officer

Philip has an extensive history with the cleaning industry starting with P&O Services/Berkely Challenge. He also oversaw the finances for the Western Aust Business and the NSW State Schools Cleaning contracts, before being transferred to P&O Services New Zealand as Company Secretary.

Upon the sale of P&O Services to Spotless, Philip returned to Australia where he took on a number of projects for Spotless Services including: the 2000 Olympics; analysis of the Spotless Finance systems; relieving finance manager for Berkely Challenge; and the Sale of the Spotless’s mobile food services. Philip then moved to Tempo/ISS as a national finance manager before transferring to Queensland, as the state finance manager for ISS.

Tony Archer

National Business Development Manager

Tony is a well-respected industry leader who is responsible for the strategic growth of our business and has a proven track record for building business and assisting clients in achieving their operational objectives. Prior to joining the team at Springmount, Tony was a Senior Executive in the Facilities Services sector overseeing a team of several hundred staff, in addition to being responsible for successfully leading large teams on major integrated solutions contracts in aviation, retail, defence and industrial sectors.

Tony has also been integral in managing national relationships and accounts for publicly listed companies including AMP, Colonial, Westfield, Telstra, QIC and Qantas amongst others.

Brett

Brett Weaver

Senior Operations Manager - Commercial

Brett has over twenty-five years of experience in the cleaning service industry, with qualifications and a commitment to Workplace Health & Safety. He manages our Commercial operations in Australia and provides specialist support for our marble flooring operations in Singapore.

Glen Stewart

Senior Operations Manager - Retail

Glen has worked in the cleaning services sector for over twenty years and is responsible for managing the operations of our key Retail client contracts. He is committed to establishing long term client partnerships and providing exceptional customer experiences. Glen has a wealth of experience in the Retail, Supermarket, Industrial, and Commercial sectors and a Degree in Commerce and Accounting.

Jason Geoghegan

Security Operations Manager

Jason has over sixteen years experience in the Security Industry and is responsible for managing the operations of our Security contracts. His experience covers a broad range of functions within senior roles in the Security industry in particular, Health, Retail, Commercial, Concierge and Electronic Security. Jason has provided Security consultation to numerous private and government organisations to drive Security efficiencies. Jason is results focused and works with his clients to minimise security risks and deliver quality outcomes.

Regional General Manager - Southern Region

Ben has been extensively involved in the facility and building management space his whole professional career. He combines extensive industry experience with a strong passion for technology seeking optimal business outcomes. Ben brings a strong focus on product usability and thrives in connecting with clients to deliver products and services that get results. He is constantly exploring integration opportunities for the use and enhancement of digital products and services.

Kevin Wybron

Regional Executive Manager - NSW & ACT

Kevin oversees our operations in regional New South Wales and the ACT and brings over 20 years of senior management experience to Springmount Services. He has experience in transitioning and operational responsibilities with some of Australia’s largest contracts in the retail, commercial, aviation and government sectors.

Kevin ensures a high level of operational standards, customer service and client relationships are being met, while being extensively involved in operations of both our commercial and retail sites. He manages his staff directly to ensure contract requirements are met and exceeded along with performance management, coaching and team building strategies.

Vittorio Cox

Regional General Manager - QLD & NT

Vittorio is an experienced Integrated Services Manager with 30 years senior management across a number of sectors from retail, commercial, FMCG, pharmaceutical and government. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (Australia/New Zealand) has a Degree in Security and Counter Terrorism, Diplomas in Frontline Management and in Security Risk Management. As the Regional General Manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory, Vittorio is focused on outstanding customer service, business improvement and the continued strong growth of Springmount Services.
